LETTER OF INTENT FORM

This web page is for reserving one or more units at White Rocks in Austin, Texas. Please fill out the following form and make your unit selections. This process is fully digital. Once the LOI is signed and you click "Send" you will be contacted by Heritage Title Company to arrange for the deposit. LOIs are time-stamped immediately upon signing, securing your place in line.

LOI holders will be contacted in the order their LOIs were signed when it comes time to make unit specific selections later this year. White Rocks expects many more buyers than there will be units available for sale. This LOI process has been developed to help buyers ensure they hold their place in line.

White Rocks is a $750 million fully integrated 5-star hotel resort and residential community set on 70 acres land in the rolling hills of west Austin.
